RoofMaxx Treatment Warranty

5-Year Transferable Warranty

Every RoofMaxx treatment comes with a 5-year warranty directly from RoofMaxx. This warranty guarantees:

  • The treatment will restore flexibility to your shingles
  • Your roof will be protected from further granule loss
  • The treatment extends your roof life by up to 5 years
  • Coverage transfers to a new homeowner if you sell

The RoofMaxx warranty covers the treatment itself. Pre-existing damage or structural issues are not covered. A free inspection before treatment identifies any issues that need repair first.

You receive a physical warranty certificate after treatment. We also keep your warranty on file and can provide copies anytime.

Our Workmanship Guarantee

Beyond manufacturer warranties on materials, we provide our own workmanship warranty on every job. If something fails because of how we installed it, we fix it.

Warranty FAQs

Is the RoofMaxx warranty transferable if I sell my home?

Yes. The RoofMaxx 5-year warranty transfers to the new homeowner. This is a selling point when listing your home. We can provide documentation for the new owner.

What if I have a problem outside the warranty period?

We still want to help. Contact us and we will inspect the issue. Even outside warranty, we provide fair pricing for repairs and always prioritize past customers.

How do I prove I have a warranty?

We keep records of all work we perform. Even if you have lost your warranty documents, we can look up your service history by address. Just give us a call.

Does the warranty cover leaks?

If the leak is caused by faulty workmanship, yes. If the leak is caused by storm damage, normal wear outside the warranty period, or other factors, it would not be covered under warranty but may be covered by insurance.

How long does a warranty claim take to resolve?

We respond within 24 hours and schedule inspection within 3 to 5 business days. If covered, most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on scope and weather.
