The RoofMaxx warranty covers the treatment itself. Pre-existing damage or structural issues are not covered. A free inspection before treatment identifies any issues that need repair first.
You receive a physical warranty certificate after treatment. We also keep your warranty on file and can provide copies anytime.
Beyond manufacturer warranties on materials, we provide our own workmanship warranty on every job. If something fails because of how we installed it, we fix it.
If a repair we perform fails within 2 years due to workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Our standard re-roofing installations include a 10-year workmanship warranty covering installation-related issues.

If the leak is caused by faulty workmanship, yes. If the leak is caused by storm damage, normal wear outside the warranty period, or other factors, it would not be covered under warranty but may be covered by insurance.
