Who We Are

Infinite Roofing Solutions operates infroofing.com. We are a licensed roofing contractor based in Fresno, California (CSLB #1126804). This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect on this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly when you submit a free inspection form, call us, or email us:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Home or property address (street, city, ZIP)
  • Anything you tell us about your roof or your situation
  • Best time to call

We do not collect payment information through our website.

Information collected automatically when you visit, if you have accepted cookies on our cookie banner:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser and device type
  • Pages visited, time on site, and referring URL
  • Marketing-attribution identifiers — UTM parameters, Google Click ID (gclid), Facebook Click ID (fbclid), and Meta's _fbp / _fbc cookies

How We Use Your Information

  • To contact you about a free inspection or service request you initiated
  • To answer questions about our services
  • To follow up on inspections you've requested
  • To measure how our website and ads are performing
  • To show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our services
  • To meet our legal obligations as a licensed California contractor

Advertising & Tracking Technologies

Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies do not load on your visit until you accept them on our cookie banner. If you decline, we do not load these tools on your device.

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): Browser-side tracking technology from Meta Platforms, Inc. that tracks your activity on our site (page views, phone-call clicks, form submissions) and may be used to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Data is processed by Meta under Meta's Privacy Policy.

Meta Conversions API (CAPI): A server-side mirror of the Pixel events. We send a hashed copy of certain conversion events (page views, lead submissions, phone-click contacts) directly from our server to Meta for ad measurement. Personally-identifying fields (email, phone, name, city, state, ZIP) are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our server.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Google's website analytics platform. GA4 collects pseudonymous behavioral data — pages visited, session length, device type — that helps us understand how the site is used. You can opt out site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies and Your Choices

The first time you visit infroofing.com, you'll see a banner asking whether to Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. The two choices are presented with equal prominence — there is no "easier" path.

  • Decline — Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics will not load. You can still use the entire site, request a free inspection, and call us. We just won't have ad-measurement data about your visit.
  • Accept — These tools load and your visit is measured for ads and analytics as described above.

Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage for this site. Clearing your site data will reset the choice and re-show the banner. You can change your mind at any time by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser's privacy settings.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers we hire to help run the business — for example, our customer-relationship-management (CRM) tool, our lead-routing automation (Zapier), and our email and phone-call systems. These vendors are under written agreements limiting how they can use the data.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel + Conversions API) and Google (GA4) — but only when you have accepted cookies. Under California's broad definition, this activity may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out — see the next section.
  • Roofing manufacturers and warranty administrators — when you become a customer and we register a manufacturer warranty (GAF, Owens Corning, RoofMaxx) on your behalf.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or courts — if required by valid legal process.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to know — what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, and who we shared it with
  • Right to delete — ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions
  • Right to correct — ask us to correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — tell us not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or the methods listed there.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — note: we do not collect sensitive categories such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, or biometric data through this website.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to exercise these rights:

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by California law. We may need to verify your identity using information you've previously given us before fulfilling certain requests. You may use an authorized agent — we will require written permission from you and may verify your identity directly.

Categories Disclosed in the Last 12 Months

For California-required transparency:

  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP) — collected from forms and analytics; disclosed to service providers, Meta and Google (only with your consent), and warranty administrators when applicable.
  • Commercial information (services requested) — collected from forms; disclosed to service providers and warranty administrators.
  • Internet/network activity (pages viewed, click IDs) — collected automatically with consent; shared with Meta and Google for advertising and analytics purposes.
  • Geolocation (approximate, derived from IP) — collected automatically with consent; used for analytics only.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Data Retention

We retain lead and customer information for as long as it is needed to operate our business — typically up to 7 years for completed customer records (consistent with California contractor recordkeeping norms) and up to 2 years for non-converted leads. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention (currently 14 months for event-level data).

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
